Shri. Chattoraj, has retired as Vice President (HR) from Reliance Industries, Prior to that he had work with IPCL, NTPC, Burn Standard company and Government of India in various capacities. He has been visiting faculty, in Faculty of Management study MS University for 8 years and was Principal of ACE Foundation. He has been a corporate trainer from 2005 and has conducted more than 100 MDP's in India and abroad. He is associated with QCFI from last 12 years. He has an academic bent of mind and believes in ethics and values.

Mr. Dinesh C Jain is a proven professional Charted Accountant, who owns his own firm. He is associated with QCFI from last 10 years. An amiable and soft spoken person, he enjoys a great reputation and respect in Vadodara. A very positive person with great acumen in financial management, he is well known in professional and corporate world.

Mr. Sunil Dholakia is the General Manager of Shreeji Pesticides Pvt. Ltd., Savli and the Unit Head. He is a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and TQM Trainer certified by Eicher Consultancy Services Limited and also certified ISO 9000 Trainer. He has 28 years of experience in senior management capacity and he is associated with QCFI from last 12 years. He is a expert negotiator and a man of Sound Commitment towards QCFI. He puts in sincere efforts for growth of QCFI.

Ms. Prabha Vyas. An MBA from MSU Prabha is an young asset of Vadodara Chapter who has been elected as GC member this year. She is associated with QCFI since last 8 years or so. She is the youngest elected member. Known for her homely behaviour and simplicity Prabha befriends every one. She is a mini Tsunami who can softly sway everything in the direction she wants. She is leading the Women's wing and a very active associate.

Mr. Paresh Shah is a BE – (Mech) & MBA (operations) He was Chief Operating Officer of aFortune 500 MNC in Wind Turbine manufacturing, Pune. A Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt by GE, USA, Trained on Lean Manufacturing at GE Hino, Japan plant. “Master Trainer – ZED” from Quality Circle of India. He has 28 years of experience in operations management, customer services (aftermarket) specialize in business process and organizational transformation, quality, strategy implementation and project management. A person of pleasant demeanour, he is a willing contributor. QCFI values his association.

Mr. Kunal Desai is a BE (Electrical) working in Apollo Tyres Limited as Senior Executive from last 12 years. He is actively involved in implementing Quality Concepts and is very well qualified in Programming and PLC Languages and also in SAP, Primavera V6.) and MS Projects 2010. He is also a certified Internal Auditor of ISO 14001:2015 (EHS) Kunal is vibrant with energy and is always willing to walk an extra mile for a cause. A young asset for our chapter.
